Refund policy

Happiness Promise: We know you'll adore your Drippy Pot, but if it doesn't make your mornings brighter, send it back within 30 days.

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 30 days of your order date. Once the returned item have been safely received and show no signs of use, we will provide a refund for the order, excluding the original shipping charges. Return shipping is provided free of charge for all US orders.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@drippypots.com with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

After the 30 day mark, we do not accept returns.

If there are any shipment or product quality issues please contact us at hello@drippypots.com with your order number and we will remedy the situation promptly.
